An artisanal orange liqueur with a resolutely natural fruit taste, of premium quality and without artificial colouring or taste additives.
The taste quality is resolutely intense orange flavour, where the natural taste of the fruit dominates, powerful, lightly sweet and embellished with a touch of acidity.
It may be taken chilled, on its own as a digestif and lends itself to the creation of delicious cocktails and spritz.
The fruit is immediately transferred to the vats at the time of harvest in order to capture the fragrance and so reveal it at time of drinking.

Soleia; the sun is shining in nissard, (the language of Nice), is made from bitter oranges from the Côte d´Azur region. The taste quality lies in the use of natural ingredients, which have not undergone any treatment. We promote organic agricultural activity in the region. The company is part of the terroir and aims to enhance this natural environment. The visual Art-Deco style marks the arrival of the new decade of the 20s and the influence on the city during the Roaring Twenties.
