Come and discover the Soleia-based cocktails developed, tested and up dated by the epicureans of the Roaring 20s Cocktail Club.
In our opinion, a good cocktail has the following characteristics: presence of flavors, harmony of flavors and balance of flavors, the ingredients must complement each other while not masking any of them. It is a matter of taste, therefore, choice of ingredients and ballance.
Come and join us at the Roaring 20s Cocktail Club every Friday evening online (excluding holiday periods). We will gladly taste your suggestions and invite you to send us your recipes with photos.
The perfect cocktail:
- Choose good ingredients, a good alcohol will always give a better result than a low-end bottle, the same for fruit and other ingredients. Favor freshly squeezed fruit over bottled.
- Shake with fresh ice and change it with each shake!
- Shake vigorously to awaken the flavors!
- Drink your cocktail straight away while it is laughing at you!

Shakewith ice:- 8 cl rosé wine -2cl Soleia Nice orange liqueur - 2 cl rasberry liqueur - 1cl freshly squeezed lime juice Pour into a cocktail glass Garnish : spiral of lime zest

Bay of Angels
Shake with ice:-2 cl Soleia Nice orange liqueur -2 cl myrtle liqueur Domaine d'Agerbol -2 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice - 1 teaspoon of sugar Pour into a cocktail glass and add 6 cl of amber ale and stir, Garnish : spiral of lemon zest
Shake with ice:- 4cl Vodka - 2 cl Soleia - 4cl cranberry juice - 1 cl freshly squeezed lime juice frais Garnish : spiral of lime zest
Shake with ice:-4 cl de gin -2 cl Soleia -4 cl cranberry juice - 1 clfeshly squeezed lime juice Rub de rim of a cocktail glass with lime zest, Garnish : spiral of lime zest
Shake with ice :
- 4 cl Soleia
- 4 cl Baileys
- 4 cl fresh full cream milkr
Garnish : spiral of orange zest
Shake with ice:- 5 cl Téquila - 3 cl Soleia - 2 cl freshly squeezed lime juice Serve in a glass with rim encrusted with salt Garniture : spiral of lime zest
Le Mo juste
Mix in a large gobelet:
- 2 cl Soleia Nice orange liqueur
- 5 cl spiced rum
- 12 cl Ginger Beer
- 2 cl freshly squeezed lime juice
-a slice of lime
pour into a large glass

Soleia Nogg, a winter cocktail
Shake with ice:-4cl Soleia -4cl fresh full cream milk -1/2 egg -1 teaspoon of cane sugar Pour into a cocktail glass Option, a dash of Maraschino cherry liqueur Garnish : a cherry, a sprig of fresh rosmary
Mulled Wine à l'orange
1 liter of full-bodied red wine (such as Cahors, for example) 2 oranges A few cloves 100 g of caster sugar 1 stick of cinnamon 25 cl Soleia 15 cl of water 1 star of star anise 1 vanilla pod, split in half and scraped.
